Child Safety Policy

1. Purpose
This Child Safety Policy explains the standards Ominiaxis Solutions applies to protect children and prevent misuse of the Changathi platform.
Changathi is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, but the Company maintains these standards to address any child safety concern that may be reported or detected.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
The Company has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking of children, or any content or conduct that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes a child.
Users, agents, and other platform participants must not upload, share, request, create, describe, promote, distribute, store, threaten to distribute, or attempt to obtain CSAM or any other exploitative content involving a child.
Any attempt to use the platform for child exploitation, grooming, or other child safety harm is strictly prohibited.
3. Age Restriction
Changathi is an adult-only service. Individuals under 18 years old are not permitted to:
- Register for an account.
- Use the Services or sessions.
- Provide Supporter/Agent services.
- Participate in platform interactions.
If the Company learns that a minor account exists, it may immediately suspend or delete the account and take any additional action required for safety, compliance, or legal reasons.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can submit reports of child safety concerns through the support, complaint, or reporting channels made available by Changathi.

When reporting, users should provide any relevant information available to them, such as:
- Account details.
- Session details.
- Relevant dates and times.
- Transaction information, where applicable.
- Other information that may assist the Company in investigating the concern.
Users must not forward, distribute, or redistribute suspected CSAM except as required by law or requested by lawful authorities.
5. Review and Enforcement
The Company may review reports, session metadata, complaint records, account details, and other relevant records to investigate child safety concerns. Depending on the circumstances, the Company may:
- Remove prohibited content.
- Restrict features or access.
- Suspend or terminate accounts.
- Block access to the platform.
- Preserve relevant evidence.
- Notify payment or infrastructure providers where appropriate.
- Report matters to lawful authorities or other legally required channels.
The Company may act immediately where it reasonably believes there is a risk to a child, evidence of CSAE or CSAM, grooming, threats, coercion, trafficking, or other misuse of the platform involving child safety.
6. User and Supporter Responsibilities
All users and Supporters must follow this policy, the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and platform safety rules. Users and Supporters must not:
- Solicit personal details from minors.
- Impersonate minors.
- Encourage minors to use the platform.
- Use Changathi to contact, groom, exploit, threaten, blackmail, or harm any child.
- Attempt to facilitate or encourage any activity that could endanger a child.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Data Handling
The Company may process information connected to child safety reports for the purposes of:
- Reviewing and investigating reports.
- Protecting users and Supporters.
- Enforcing platform policies.
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Cooperating with lawful authorities.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and exploitation.
- Maintaining appropriate safety and compliance records.

9. Policy Updates
